Meet the Staff.

Supervisor – Alison Reynolds. Alison has a Level 4 NVQ in Child Care, Learning and Development, a Diploma in Preschool Practice Level 3 and an NVQ in Level 2 Teaching Assistant. Her other roles in Playgroup are being in charge of Health & Safety, Behaviour Management and is the settings SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator). She has worked at Aldwincle Playgroup since Sept 06 and has two teenage sons.

Deputy - Claire Perrin. Claire has completed a Getting Started course and an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Child Care, Learning and Development. She has worked at Aldwincle Playgroup since Sept 06. One of her other roles in the setting is Child Protection Officer.She has 2 children who attend King John Middle School, Thrapston.

Assistant – Claire Simpson. This is Claire's first job in a childcare setting. She has worked at Aldwincle Playgroup since February 2010. She is has completed her Common Induction Standards. She is working on the new Level 3 Diploma. She has a daughter who attends Trinity Lower School in Aldwincle.

Assistant - Lindsey Hunt. Lindsey started working in playgroup in January 2011. She is working towards an NVQ Level 2 in child Care, Learning and Development. She has two children who attend Trinity Lower School.

Volunteer – Shirley Reynolds. Shirley helps out at playgroup regularly. She enjoys preparing snack, doing activities with the children and generally helping out. She has a daughter, Alison, Aldwincle Playgroup’s Supervisor.
